Communication must be a priority. We ask that you please notify us if there are any changes in your child's participation in any scheduled activities or programs at Fab-YOU-Us!. The best way to communicate with us is to call the office at 401-270-5419 or email fabffc@gmail.com. Social Media, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and texting personal numbers, is not always the best way to communicate as messages might be missed. We are asking for 24-Hour notice if your child will be dropping in or will not be able to attend a class, program, or session. Staffing and activities are determined based on the number or participants. If your child was scheduled for a certain activity or program and it is less than a 24-Hour notice, payment is still required. We also need 24-Hour notice if your child is dropping in for an activity or session. Otherwise, there will be an additional $10 fee.
All payments for classes, programs, and sessions are due on the Friday prior to the week or the first day of service. Refunds and credits will not be issued for absences or school closures due to weather. We will require a card to be put on file in the Credit Card system we use to process payments. This is a Verified Merchant, which assures that your information and transactions are being processed according to the highest security standards. If payment is past due by one week, the card we have on file will be charged. If we are unable to collect payment with the card on file, there will be a late fee of $20. We can no longer accept charges on a card that are less than $50. Cash and check are acceptable in any amount.
